Directions: Apply a generous amount of oil to the palms of your hands, rub your hands together and cup them around your face and take 3 deep breaths. Anoint your heart, wrists and third eye and anywhere else you feel called.

***When using the roll-on always apply to a patch of skin that is both clean and dry (not sweaty).
